Only online shopping is possible. We won’t accept orders by phone or e-mail. You will receive an order confirmation via email after you have placed your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as the order has been accepted and sent by us. If we reject your order, you will receive a full refund but are not entitled to any additional compensation. 

Prices & Payments
All prices on the website are shown including Finnish VAT (24%). If you are ordering outside of EU, please note that there may be possible custom duties or duties, depending on the destination country. All transactions made at Krista Virtanen Design online shop are processed safely using well know credit cards, Finnish bank transfer or PayPal payment.

Customers with a Finnish bank account can make payments using online bank services.
