Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your time of purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a  refund or an exchange. <\/span>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with tags.<\/span><\/p>\n

To complete your return, we require a receipt or a proof of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

Refunds<\/b><\/h2>\n

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.<\/p>\n

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and <\/span>you\u2019ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.<\/p>\n

Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>\n

If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. <\/span>Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {<\/span>info@kristavirtanendesign.fi<\/span>}.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sale items<\/b><\/p>\n

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shipping returns<\/b><\/h2>\n

To return your product, contact us via email and we will give you the instructions <\/span>(<\/span>info@kristavirtanendesign.fi)<\/a><\/p>\n

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don\u2019t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/span><\/p>\n
